  • author of testimony 301-6041. Before the war he was commander of the police in Konin, Slesin and Slupce. From March 1940 a member of the Armed Combat Union (ZWZ), platoon commander of 247 infantry company during the occupation. Wounded many times, with death sentences 'in absentia' from the Gestapo, in the 1960s he was a first degree invalid, in a wheel-chair. He very actively helped Warsaw Jews during the occupation. He got 'Aryan papers' for them, hid them and smuggled from the ghetto. In 1947 his son and daughter-in-law were murdered.
