    From 1940 a clerk in secretariat of the Jewish Police. Later he headed the Order and Discipline Section.

    Prosecutor in the Warsaw District Court, he had connections among sanction circles. Szerynski appoints him the deputy chief of the secretariat. Later he becomes the head of the Disciplinary Section of the Secretariat- he was accused of bribery, then acquitted by disciplinary court but he leaves the Jewish Police.

At the beginning of 1941 he was at the head of the conspiracy of Jewish Police functionaries against Szerynski. The result of this action was a memorial, which was to be submitted to Czerniakow.
