Member of the Jewish Fighting Organization (ZOB). Together with his friend, they disarmed two SS-men, killed them and returned to their units during the uprising. He distinguished himself on messenger missions in the uprising. After the fall of the uprising he hid on the 'Aryan side', with, among others, Eliezer Geller and Tosia Altman. On 11 November 1943 their hideout, in the celluloid factory in Praga, was on fire. From the group of six people who are hiding, Tosia, Eliezer and Meir run out on the roof. Tosia falls down, her dress is on fire. Eliezer managed to jump down and mix with the crowd. Meir begs for shelter in the nearest house - the hostess, a Pole, hides him in a wardrobe. Germans throw the dwellers out of the house and search everything, but they don't find Meir. When the hosts come back, Mair's corpse falls from the wardrobe. The boy died of heart attack during the search.
