The manager of the Department of Jewish Population Registration of the Judenrat, before the war the editor of 'Głos Gminy Żydowskiej' - the organ of the Judenrat. Lived at Zelazna Street No. 101 (according to Czerniakow's list from 19 July 1940). From Czerniakow's notes: 4 January 1940 - ... to the office came (...) Wasserman with his nose bruised by the street crowd at Teatralny Square. He took part in a fight to a Jew's defense. The man was being tormented by the crowd. 19 July 1940 - a list of names and addresses, among others: Wasserman Pinkus [sic!] - Zelazna Street No. 101. 19 August 1940 - Wasserman, a Judenrat clerk, was beaten up in Praga.
