The graduate of the Jewish a seminar for teachers in Vilna. At the beginning of war she worked as a children's common room teacher in Warsaw. There she met and made friends with Basia Temkin-Berman who met her in the sanatorium in Falenica in the summer of 1941. Basia Temkin-Berman described her as a very interesting person, a talented director who also wrote a lot for children. To the sanatorium she arrived with a group of children from the bursary 'Nasz Ul' ('Our hive'), which was liquidated after the ghetto was closed. Although Basia Temkin-Berman considered her to be very worthy and interesting person who did a lot for her tutees for some reasons she was not liked by the management of the sanatorium. Often she was simply ignored. After some time she sent a very sad letter in which she wrote that she was ill and had had a breakdown. Shortly after Basia Temkin-Berman was informed that Roza was sent for treatment to Zofiowka (sanatorium for mentally ill patients in Otwock) where she probably was killed.
