A young man, came from Gdansk; took part in the Polish-German War of 1939 and was taken prisoner, escaped to Warsaw after a few weeks. On 13 September 1942 (?) after an 18-day stay in the camp he escaped from Treblinka. Having returned to the ghetto he worked in the factory of sweets and artificial in Franciszkanska Street No. 30. Lived in a block of flats which belonged to the factory. R. Auerbach's neighbour - she wrote down his memories from Treblinka.
