District Commander in the Organisation and Administration Department of the Jewish Police (Order Service) - July 1941. District Commander in the Polish and Jewish headquarters (probably the same person). In the transport of people arrested in the street, there was a Jew, who produced a deferral paper. Nevertheless, Lejkin ordered to assign him to a group going to a labour camp. Only the doctor, who was accidentally in the headquarters, released the ill man. Lieutenant, barrister. Shot in the street, although he was warned about the attempt by the telephone.
