On 20 July 1942, taken hostage and arrested in the early period of the Action; spent 3 months in Pawiak; after having been released, worked for Toebbens; in January 1943, he ran away from Toebbens to Doring where his brother worked; on 3 May 1943, he left for work in Zoliborz, escaped and was hidden by a Pole, Karolak; in October 1944 - in the camp in Pruszkow; he worked in the country, then escaped to Lublin; after the war in Leczyca.
