Son of a lawyer from Eastern Galicia; after completing his studies, he spent several years in General Public Prosecutor's Office. He started working several years before the war. During the occupation, he gives German lessons. In the Legal Department, he was responsible for liaison with the Germans. In 1942, he escaped to the 'Aryan side', but he was not careful enough and in October 1942 he went to Pawiak. He was to be transported to Jewish prison at Gesia Street, but he thought he was taken to execution and started to sing Polish anthem. He was massacred by the Germans, one of them put a gun next to his head and told him to sing once more. Lubliner, beaten and kicked, sang one more time 'Poland has not yet perished.' The shot was fired.
