  • There was an orphanage belonging to the Centos (the Central Organisation for Orphan Care). Orphans from the ghetto were sent there. In this orphanage, as well as in the orphanage in Miedzyszyn, 500 children found home. They were all killed during the First Action, most of them on spot.
