Born in Warsaw on 29 May 1872, son of Moses Blicksilber and Chaja Hepner. In 1904, with his wife, Golda Hilsberg, and three sons (Max, Salomon, Ignacy), he emigrated to Mannheim in Germany. Since 1933 he stayed again in Warsaw, at the hospital in Bonifraterska Street or/and in Czyste. According to the data of the Jewish Historical Institute, after the outbreak of the World War II he lived in a house whose inmates were transported to the Treblinka death camp in July or August 1942.
