Born in 1862 in Krzemieniec, Judaic-religious + secular education, activist of 'Chowewej Syjon' movement, début in 1880 in Hebrew paper 'Hamelic', later - 'Hacefira', 1900 left Krzemieniec, co-editor 'Hamelic' and 'Hazman'.
