School of Nursing of the Jewish Hospital in Warsaw; set up on 8 July 1923; in 1925 the building of the administration was enlarged by the third floor, where a boarding house for the course participants was created; during the siege the building of the third floor of the school was partly destroyed by a bomb, renovation, debris removed; after the school had been closed it was moved to the building of the Social Insurance at Panska Street No. 34 (on the corner of Marianska Street); after the liquidation of the small ghetto, during the Great Action the school was moved to a 6-room flat at Gesia Street No. 33; after the Great Action had finished the school was moved to Franciszkanska Street No. 24. All the nurses were working in the hospital at Gesia Street No. 4/6.
