  • Marek Stok lived there. Together with his family he left Warsaw during a mass escape in September 1939. While he was absent, his flat was partly destroyed during hostilities and emptied (the Germans took the furniture, the rest was plundered later on), however, after his return in April 1940 subtenants lived there- the family of runaways from Lodz city p.1.

  • His short testimony of occupation experience is published in W. Bartoszewski's and Z. Lewinowna's book 'Ten jest z ojczyzny mojej' (This One is From My Homeland). Published in: 'Pamietniki z getta warszawskiego', Warszawa 1993, pp. 27-29, 40-41, 48-49, 90-93.
