A student of heder and a yeshiva, a member of Hechaluc and Freiheit. He belonged to the Dror fighting group. He participated in the first military action in January 1943. In the uprising he commanded a fighting group at Leszno Street No. 36; led his soldiers through the sews on 29 April. All died near the manhole in Ogrodowa Street.
