Costa Rica citizen. Imprisoned at Pawiak on 17 July 1942, together with other citizens of America and countries that remained neutral. He was chosen by other prisoners to be the representative of the group. On behalf of the imprisoned he talked to Nikolaus. He was in prison together with his wife. Because of his wife's illness, they were both released and allowed to live on the 'Aryan side'. They came back to Pawiak on 30 October 1942, because of the approaching date of the foreigners' departure.

He spoke German very well. His Costa Rican passport was probably fake.
