A doctor. She managed a Polish department of children aid. She was professor Stefan Balej's assistant and Berman's younger friend from university. From the first days of Nazi occupation she was a member of the Grey Ranks (Szare Szeregi), the The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (ZHP) underground movement. She had a totally positive attitude towards Jewish underground movement, and she took an active part in saving some of the Jewish children on the 'Aryan side', in the Polish children aid buildings. It was her who helped the Bermans to pass to the 'Aryan side'. She prepared 'Aryan documents' for them, although it was much harder than in 1943 and 1944. These documents served as a tool to liberation. Together with her husband she was arrested by the Gestapo and murdered. Her father was also shot later on.
