    before the war for a few years he was one of the editors of the Jewish, pro-Communist 'Literacka Trybuna'; a poet and educator; he was the head of an orphanage in Otwock belonging to the Centos. He got wounded during one of the first air raids in September 1939. He was a talented poet. In 1938 he published a poetical bulletin entitled 'Liryka'. He belonged to levish writers, who published periodical 'Trybuna Literacka' and next 'Siedem Dni'. He lay quite long in hospital, next he got back to Otwock and ran the orphanage again. He was murdered during the First Great Action in Otwock.
