Oficer SS, komendant Werterfassung. 21 kwietnia 1943 r. rano, w czasie powstania, zjawił się osobiście w okolicy szpitala na Gęsiej 6. Za pośrednictwem jednego z lekarzy nawoływał wszystkich do dobrowolnego stawienia się do wyjazdu do Poniatowej. Gwarantował bezpieczeństwo wyjazdu. Dał czas do południa następnego dnia. W razie nieposłuszeństwa groził podpaleniem budynków i rozstrzeliwaniem wszystkich napotkanych osób. Na jego wezwanie stawiło się ok. 20 osób.
