Perhaps, she was involved in the licence for the theatre Eldorado; one of her son took part in underground movement; later it turned out that she was not a co-operator of the Gestapo yet, she had other access to the authorities- Warsaw military commandant was her acquaintance from the times of World War I- great friendship- thanks to him she got various licences; she got a licence for the second Jewish theatre - the Nowy Azazel Theatre (Teatr Nowy Azazel).

In February or at the beginning of March 1942, copy of a letter sent to Regina came to the Department of Health from the Secretariat of the Judenrat, in which there was: 'the authorities strictly forbid you to visit either Departments of the Judenrat or its agendas, like the Supply Section, etc. You are also forbidden to turn personally to the members of the District Board or clerks of the Judenrat.'

She established the dance school in "Melody Palace"; she was granted a licence for a cabaret; she kept close contacts with the Germans; on 15 February 1942 Czerniakow forbade her to enter offices and collected the licence himself; on 3 July 1942 "he ordered that she be arrested " on 6 July 1942 she run away pretending to have a temperature of 39.6°.

A co-owner of "Melody Palace", she kept close contacts with the Germans; she was a German officer's lover, she probably had a son with him; she had a licence for theatres, bakery; she was a cheat in the Judenrat's institutions, her meanness and self-assurance were off limits; she was a blackmailer, a swindler and a wangler.
